What this covers
Most early-stage companies do not have an accounting problem in March. They have an eleven-month problem that becomes visible in March. Bank statements were never reconciled, vendor invoices were never matched, and the person doing the books has never spoken to the person doing GST.
We close your books every month and file everything that runs off them. Bank reconciled, ledgers reviewed, expenses classified consistently, a short management report in your hands - and the same numbers flowing into GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, your TDS returns and eventually your ITR.
GST is the most unforgiving item on the calendar because it is monthly and because it is arithmetic. The reconciliation between what you claim and what your vendors actually filed is where the money is. Found in month one it is usually recoverable; found at annual return time it usually is not.

If you miss it
Late GST filing carries a daily late fee per return per registration plus interest, and persistent default can suspend the registration - a suspended GSTIN means you cannot raise a compliant invoice. Late TDS deposit carries monthly interest from the date of deduction, and the expense itself can be disallowed in your own tax computation, meaning you pay tax on money you already paid out.

Process
How it runs.
- 01
We connect
Bank feeds, invoicing system, and your existing Tally or Zoho file. If you have no system yet, we set one up.
- 02
We close, then file
By the 10th the previous month is closed. GST, TDS and advance tax all run off those same closed books.
- 03
We reconcile before deadlines, not after
GSTR-2B matched every month. You see mismatches while there is still time to fix them.
Questions founders ask
Yes. We rebuild the ledgers in Tally or Zoho from your bank statements and invoices. The first month takes longer; after that it is routine.
No, deliberately. Your statutory auditor should be independent of whoever keeps your books. We prepare everything they need and work with the auditor you appoint.
We identify it in the month it happens, quantify it, and give you the vendor list with a draft message. Caught early it is usually recoverable.
Additional state registrations are quoted on top of the base fee, because each is a separate set of monthly returns.
Depends on your turnover and your customers' credit timing. We will model both and recommend one - it is not automatically cheaper.
That sits under Labour Law along with PF, ESI and professional tax. Both are in the same monthly fee.
